Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Unless Free Shipping is specified, the customer covers shipping costs.  We ship mostly using USPS via First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail.  In some cases we may choose to use UPS, Fedex or DHL. We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method speed to another method that is equivalent or faster, if we feel it may get to our customers sooner, safer or cheaper. For example Fedex Express is sometimes cheaper than EMS, but is also faster and more reliable. If you have any concerns or special requests, please put in a note with your order, or email us for more information. Most Tracking numbers can be tracked at USPS.com.

Most orders will ship out same day or next business day.  Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking or customs form number.

For international customers, the only method of shipping that is tracked is EMS (Express Mail).  Other shipping methods use First Class or Priority Mail are not tracked.  Priority mail typically takes 7-10 days and First Class Mail typically takes 7-14 days.  EMS to most countries is a 3-5 day service and you will have to sign for the package.

US orders that are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.  All orders are sent with a Delivery Confirmation number.

Return Policy:

All products are tested prior to shipping.  In the rare event that a product is defective on arrival, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.  In some cases (at our discretion), we will cover the costs for return shipping (US customers only) for exchanges within this 30 day period.  After that date, only exchanges will be accepted.

Flashlight and accessory returns for any other reasons such as: “it doesn’t fit my needs,” or “I changed my mind,” are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total (excluding shipping).  All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the original condition that the item was shipped and must include all accessories, manuals, packaging material etc.  Items that are returned show signs of wear, are missing parts or are damage may be rejected, or an additional restocking fee may apply.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping is non-refundable.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to insure that the batteries that are being purchased will work in their required application.  Not all flashlight batteries will work in every light.  Some flashlights only accept button top cells, others only accept only very short or unprotected cells.  Any batteries that are returned within 30 days for a refund that show signs of wear may incur a 20% restocking fee.  Signs of wear include scratch marks on the protection circuit or button top, scuffs or tears in the shrink wrap, markings on the cell, significantly different voltage than when it was shipped etc.
